Spine, Unity, and 2D Toolkit together are perfect for our purposes and we're plowing forth.
Having switched from Xcode we'd like to continue having multiple versions of each texture atlas, at very different resolutions, to be selected from automatically and transparently based on the end-device screen resolution (the "@2x" business).
There does seems to be such a mechanism in 2D Toolkit, but not in Spine. Is this something that would be simple enough to add? Am I able to request it if not? Is that function to be achieved through other mechanisms?
Also, speaking of source texture atlases, does anyone have a suggestion for having 2D Toolkit sprites and Spine skeletons share the same ones? As it stands, 2DTK has it's own black-boxed atlas assets and Spine requires a very specific type of atlas data file. It's not vital, but it would be nice if our sprite and character artwork could be packaged together.
