Spine Runtimes
The Spine Runtimes are libraries that integrate with your game toolkit to load and render animations exactly as they appear in Spine. Beyond simple playback, you can blend animations, manipulate skeletons procedurally, and much more.
Licensing Spine grants rights to use the runtimes in any number of your applications. Full source code is provided, giving you complete control over this core component of your software.
To get started, the Spine Trial includes many example projects and export files to evaluate the runtimes from start to finish. See the Spine Runtimes Guide for how it all fits together.
Official runtimes
Spine officially supports these game toolkits out of the box.

Official generic runtimes
The generic runtimes handle everything except rendering. If your game toolkit is not officially supported, you can easily extend one of the official generic runtimes or try one of the third party runtimes.
Third party runtimes
These runtimes have been developed by the gaming community. Some projects are more active than others, but most are open source in case you would like to contribute.
Please post on the Spine forum if you’d like your runtime listed here.
